Sandwich is one of the easiest and light breakfast or snacks.
Goodness of vegetables yet tasty and light. Let's begin with the steps:
Ingredients for Veg Sandwich:
- Cucumber - 2, slices
- Capsicum - 1, slices
- Onions - 2, sliced
- Tomatoes - 2, slices
- Potatoes - 2, boiled
- Chilli flakes
- Salt
- Cheese cubes, grated
- Brown bread - 1 pack
- Butter
- Black pepper powder
- Salt, as per taste
Let's follow the steps:
- Take boiled potatoes, add chilli flakes, salt and black pepper powder and mash the potatoes.
- Keep aside the mashed potatoes.
- Now take bread slice and spread the butter.
- Place onions, cucumber slices, tomato slices, capsicum slices and mashed potatoes.
- Put grated cheese.
- Top it with another slice of bread.
- Grill the sandwich with butter.
